Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984, the Company has a legal obligation to make every reasonable effort to provide safe and healthy working conditions for its employees, and to ensure that safety is reviewed regularly. Ensuring the auditing of accidents, fire prevention procedures and other safety measures for the Company are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are published to all employees.
Continuously develop and improve the effectiveness of our Safety Management System.
All employees have a duty to:
Take responsible care for their acts or omissions
Observe the rules and regulations that have been devised to ensure a safe working environment.
Comply with the company policy, procedure and relevant statutory requirements
Support the continuous improvement of standards of operation.
