Fabrication
Our fabrication workshop is purpose built for structural steel with incoming material and processing at one end of the workshop to create a one direction flow and out in the other end as quick as possible without compromising on the end quality.
However we also fabricate tanks, chutes, pipes, spools and pressure vessels.
The majority of our clients requests fabrication of carbon steel, however we have experience to also fabricate in stainless, dua plates, bisalloy and other exotic material.
Our boilermakers and welders are fully qualified to both AS3992 and AS1554 and are supervised by a welding inspector.
The progress and tracking system maintained for each client and project are visible for clients over the internet if requested.
Dwyer Engineering invested 2006 in a state of the art beam line machine that drills, stamps and copes beams, columns and channels with highest precision. This minimizes the impact of human errors. The beam line enables processing of 100 ton medium sized steel per week. This capacity is increased when dealing with heavier sections of steel.
To eliminate errors we have implemented quality controls on every step of the way.

Each time a quality control is done the data base including the progress sheets gets updated and the customer is able to follow their projects progress on our web site with a client log in and password.
